1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (server time) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if tracking is available).
2. Shipping Destinations — Domestic & International

We ship worldwide. During checkout, you can select your country of delivery from the available list.

If your country does not appear, please contact us before placing an order to check if shipping is possible.

Some regions or remote locations may have restricted shipping or require extra fees; we’ll inform you if that applies before finalizing your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time Estimates

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over US$ 50 (or any threshold you choose). For orders below this amount, standard shipping will incur a fee.

If you select Expedited / Express Shipping, additional shipping charges will apply even if you qualify for free standard shipping.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Lumma Sculpt is not responsible for additional costs or delays related to customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

After your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email including a tracking number (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking status to appear.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it appears lost/damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping-Related Issues

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

For returns due to wrong address or unclaimed packages, return-shipping costs may apply, or a new shipping fee may be charged.
8. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance, extreme weather, courier delays, global logistics disruptions).

In such cases, we will do our best to update you with the status of your order.

We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need them by a specific date (e.g. holidays, events, gifts).
